Leaving behind a pet can be stressful and emotional for everyone involved – including your pet – but it doesn’t have to be. That is why it is so important to bring your fur baby to visit us for a day of daycare prior to boarding for any stay. Regardless of whether you are a new client or a returning client a day of daycare before a hotel stay is good for both you and your furbaby. See 4 reasons why daycare visit important are given below!
Reason #1: It provides peace of mind for you and less stress for your pup. Let’s face it, you can’t just leave your pup with anyone, it is super important that you know and trust them. A daycare visit introduces you and your pup to the staff, so when you come back for boarding, you are both more comfortable.
Reason #2: We have time to bond and get to know one another! A day of daycare at least 5 hours or more helps your furbaby get a feel for the facility so they can get accustomed to our routine of going outside and back into their play area or suite if necessary. It also helps our team get acquainted and learn about his/her personality.
Reason #3: Your pup has a chance to make new friends! We have a lot of pups who come every day, letting your pup bond with new friends and our team will make their stay less stressful.
Reason #4: You’ll be all set for a smooth and expedited drop-off! You will have already completed all your paperwork and provided the necessary proof of vaccinations. A smooth drop-off equals less stress for you and your furbaby.
